Yes, it’s November and we began decorating the tree. I’m hosting my entire family for Thanksgiving..and I don’t want to spend the whole weekend after putting up Christmas decorations.
Every year we start out decorating with our name ornaments. My mom laughs at me because on Days of Our Lives they all hang their name ornaments. But, I actually think it is a cool tradition that everyone in the family has their name on the tree!
And every year, we each get an ornament that reflects something we have done that year. So, this year, here’s the ornaments!
Mia started Soccer
We visited the St. Augustine Alligator Farm on vacation.
Max started Middle School at Hyatts
Megan got braces!
I love looking at our tree – the finished product. It is my favorite thing to look back and remember each year. The kids love hanging their own ornaments and seeing what they’ve had every year too!
