Everything went perfectly! Mia was taken actually early, and the whole thing took 20 minutes. We only spent 2 1/2 hours at the facility and most of it was dealing with paperwork before and her waking up after. A funny part was she wouldn't eat or drink anything and the nurse told us until she did, she couldn't leave. And, the nurse said she wouldn't take the IV out until she knew Mia was eating and drinking. Mia would not eat or drink because every time she looked at her hand, she freaked out with the taped up IV. So, she decided to pull it out herself....and then she ate and drank just fine. We stopped at her favorite donut place and she ate those just fine. A special treat for a special patient. Now she just woke from a nap and is happy. Even though she needs to take it easy, she is happy - and that is what matters! Thanks to all of you for your prayers! Oh I'm so glad it went well! Isn't such a relief when they wake up? :-) Hopefully she will be a happy baby now.
